Applied AI / ML Engineer
I build AI systems from model development to usable applications.
With a computer science and AI/ML background, I work across computer vision, retrieval-based applications, backend APIs, and deployment, with a focus on building models into systems that can be evaluated, integrated, and used.
I studied computer science before specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning during my master’s degree. My work focuses on applied systems that connect models, data, APIs, retrieval workflows, and deployment.
I am especially interested in projects where machine learning has to move beyond isolated experiments and become something testable, usable, and maintainable.
Outside work, I climb regularly and play electric bass.

Agentic RAG search application for Umamusume characters, combining structured data, semantic retrieval, SQL tools and source-grounded answer generation in a complete, usable web application.
Internship project on an AI feasibility study for CyberKnife treatment planning in a hospital context, shaped by a clinical need and constrained medical data. Based on the available stereoscopic medical images, the project led to a computer vision approach, with an end-to-end ML pipeline, model evaluation and a final presentation to project stakeholders.
Research internship on French multi-word expression detection for the PARSEME-FR project, an ANR research project focused on improving the representation and processing of multi-word expressions in French NLP. The work compared a dictionary baseline, an AdaBoost tagger and a neural model, with feature engineering, evaluation and a reproducible Python pipeline.
A set of emotion recognition demos across speech, text and facial images, built to compare different input modalities while learning to deploy models through APIs, ONNX export and Hugging Face Spaces.
